I ad this when I originally bought and set up my rack. I liked the look of it and it worked well, but went with something custom later. If I could go back I’d probably get the slim version to get more space, but I don’t think it was available at them time.

Holds bands in place and random other stuff whe needed. Not a lot to add, other than I’ve gotten these for free in red, black and orange.

If you can get these plates for $1/lb or cheaper they’re a good deal. I got mine covered in rust for .50 and cleaned up nicely with a vinegar bath and some elbow grease. Got rid of them and bought more of my precious unbranded Ivanko plates.

Love my PR5000 and these crossmembers are awesome. Great look and great quality. Not sure what the price of them is now vs when I bought them but these will last forever.

This thing is awesome. My 3 year old uses the double line board and I switch it to one line. My 5 year old will use the two line pretty easily and is challenged by the one line. Nice addition to keep them busy and it beats having a slack line up in the yard, although I’m sure I’ll get to that point soon. I also stand on this at my desk, great way to get me through long conference calls about having a cover sheet on your TPS reports.

I actually prefer this ball to the REP fitness balls. It’s the green one pictured here, the blue and purple are REP. Bounces just the right amount for me and has held up over the past five years. Cheaper than most other options as well.

Found a guy on FBMP who makes these along with some other strongman equipment. This is hollow and it weighs 25 lbs. I like using it for rows, overhead presses and occasionally bench press. It's pretty slick so I use a lot of chalk, but overall I like this bar and think it's cool I got it from a local guy as opposed to a big company. It didn't hurt that it was only $50 as well!

Does exactly what it's supposed to do and at a great price point. I have a few others that are contoured and they work well, along with one that's collapsible that's great for travel but this one will always have it's place.
