These can hold just about anything in your gym. I use them for my rep cambered bar, they are very sturdy and very cheap. A good cheap alternative that works for hanging just about anything.

Bought these for our peloton, much cheaper than the peloton branded version and much cheaper. Sometimes use them for shadow boxing, sometimes the kids use the and sometimes my dog chews on them.

These are fine dumbbells, no different than CAP or any other budget brand besides the Rogue branding.

These are great if you have fixed dumbbells. Very well made and do exactly what they are supposed to do. Now that I have Reppins I have no use for them, but they were great when I used them!

This will do what it’s supposed to and absolutely blast your biceps. It gives you a nice full stretch and a great pump. Bought it in a bundle with the el Gordita bar I believe.

Good option for weighted dips. I think I got it on the Rogue site with the three ships free deal. The chain is the perfect length for a 45 lb plate.

These have traveled with me over the years, I think I bought a set of 20’s the summer before college. I kept them in my dorm and would rip a few set of curls before going out for the night. I’m grateful for the sick pumps these dumbbells have given me over the years and for that reason I don’t think I’ll ever be able to get rid of them. They are a vibe, and although not the best quality they definitely get the job done.

Vintage dumbbells aren’t something I’ve sought out or used often but these are nice. I’ve used them at various gyms throughout the years and have enjoyed using them. The price is insane due to the vintage factor but I these are really nice, usable dumbbells.
