Never understood this machine. It takes up a ton of room for a very niche movement, but if wide grip unilateral pulldowns are your thing then this is the machine for you.

Used this at Planet Fitness as a finisher and kind of do a reverse drop set where you increase the assistance throughout your sets. Nice machine and can help build you up to an unassisted dip.

I used this at a planet fitness in or around Winchester, Virginia. I'm not a huge hip thrust guy, but this hammered my glutes. Easy to get into and out of, really a nice machine for a commercial setting but wouldn't make much sense in a home gym for me.

Love this machine, the swivel handles were awesome. I used to crush preacher curls on this thing, and the grip was really comfortable. I'd love to get one of these but the space for one movement wouldn't be worth it for me.

Loved this machine, and every time I see a Cybex machine on Gym Radar I wish they were still around. Great range of movement, did exactly what it was supposed to do and I remember super setting this with their bicep curl machine at a Powerhouse Gym in Plymouth, MA.

My grandpa had this model and used it every day up until he turned 92 and he loved it. I'm not really a big fan of the recumbent bike but it seems like a good idea for an older person or for some very light warmup.

I had the original or 1.0 version of this, which had no space in between the pads. Which is bad if you’re a man. Other than that it worked as intended with no issues for me.

Was gifted this a white elephant gift exchange, and used it as a microphone for team meetings at work. Whoever had the shake weight, was the one speaking. No real practical use in a home gym, or any gym.
