I purchased these as part of my Dane 2.0 rack package. I got to use the rack with the regular trolleys for a few months before receiving the Gibbon Arms. Overall I think they are a benefit. They help put the cables in good position for many exercises. I mostly enjoy the extra height that they provide for lat pulldowns. The big drawback is any cable exercise that needs to be done close to the rack. Seated rows became very difficult to get full ROM with the Gibbon Arms. I have fixed this by purchasing the single Sidewing Pulley from Fringe.

I bought these for reverse flys as I love that exercise. I was using the rubber stoppers on the cable system but with the snap shackles attached it was not comfortable. These are solid grips and built well. My only complaint is that they can get a tad bit slick to hold on to with sweaty hands. On later sets I have to stop and regrip as they feel like they are slipping out of my hand.

These were my first set of barbell collars. They work well for easily changing weight plates. The only drawback is that the ones I have do not have magnets in them. If I purchase another set, I will get the ones with magnets in them.

Purchased for my Dane 2.0 to prevent cables from getting twisted. I have used them for a month and enjoy them better than the traditional carabiner. It makes switching out attachments much quicker and easier. Would highly recommend to anyone who is switching out attachments frequently or has a system with cable twisting issues.

A co-worker recommended these to me when I was battling golfer's elbow. I used it for several months and the pain went away. Now I am dealing with tennis elbow and have utilized it again to help with recovery. If you have elbow issues, I would highly recommend this product to help you recover.

Nice lower priced option for having variable hand positions on a single attachment. It is very comfortable to use on the hands. Coating is quality and it just works. Only complaint would be that it is heavy so it eats weight plates for lat pulldowns. For the price I could not find another substitute better as long as you are ok it being heavy.

Wanted to perform some kettlebell lifts and did not want to spend a ton of money. I priced out getting a few individual kettlebells versus the Bowflex Adjustable and it was just cheaper to buy the Bowflex. The weight increments are non-standard which is an adjustment. Other than that they work fine for the limited lifts I have in my workout. I would not recommend these for a person that does a lot of kettlebell work, but for someone who just does little kettlebell works these will do it at a good price.

I use this as my everything bar. It is the first quality bar I have ever owned. Good knurling for me. I love the color and the way it feels compared to my other bar. One drawback is that I immediately noticed scratches from loading plates. I figured it would be a tad more scratch resistant.
