A very versatile piece. Though I think Freak pushes being able to do a lot more exercises than most people are likely to do. I mainly use it for GHD, GHR, back extensions, decline sit up, and Nordic curls. All the nobs and the setup seems a bit much at first. But after a couple sessions you will have your setting locked in and find it is very easy to move from exercise to exercise. It does have wheels so is movable but it a bit heavy. I would recommend keeping on eye on their websites. You will find it is always "on sale" but every know and again they will drop it a bit more. Quality product and worth the money.
