Not a must have but my wife got this when she worked with a personal trainer. I do like to mix it in to do some variations on triceps, biceps, reverse flys. You can do a lot with it but making adjustments to accommodate the full range of exercises is a bit of a pain if you aren’t doing it a lot.

I really likes these plates to use with the Fringe Mammoth belt squat since I only have the single weight horn. Got the special red color way they used at Home Gym Con. As mentioned in another comment handling them is different but I got use to it quickly. Great company and people and would highly recommend.

I really likes these bumpers and have has them for many years. High quality and good tolerances. They also just look cool. They do seem to have gotten pricey of late but would recommend.

I really like these since it allows for jumps on things with DB lateral raise where a 5 pound jump might be a bit too much. Solid build quality. They comes in a variety of colors if you want something to match your theme.

Great bar and fair price for the quality. Knurling is fine but would prefer something a little more aggressive. Work well of spotter arms on the front of my rack.

A fun item just to have around the gym. I have the original version and it comes with a yellow and black ball that doesn’t look great. The ball with the new version looks much better.

Nice bar and gives a good ROM. Was fairly expensive for what it is. It does swing upside down when you release it and that takes some getting used to.
