This is a fantastic Nordic option. Not only does it do a great job blasting those hammies, it does so in a very compact portable way. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to really hit that posterior chain.

It does okay. I’ve found that it stutters along the D-rings causing a chatter motion as you move through the range (think ABS engagement). If I feel like I need to work the neck to balance things out I use it but not often. Don’t fault DMoose for this as I’m sure it’s just inherent for this type of neck trainer.

Nothing special as it’s a basic dip belt. Easy enough to use, holds weight just fine and I’ve been using it with a U-clip to utilize my dumbbells.

I’ve been using these for just shy of 6yrs and they’ve held up great. They have plenty of support and do great for hanging ab work. Great price, easy to use, help to get strong and stay strong.

I’ve been using mine for a while now and it does the job. It’s nice being able to mount it anywhere and I just flip mine under the front foot stabilizers to keep it out of the way. My only complaint was the untreated inside was a little rusty and it took a bit of shop towels with 3 in 1 oil to clean it out and get it nice and coated. After doing that I’ve never noticed any rust crud on my sleeves after using it.

It worked fine as far as a multi grip pull-up bar goes. Very basic bar and plain powder coat on the bar. It was good for helping stabilize the rack and hang ab straps from with a side of pull-ups.

These work just fine and were surprisingly pretty good build wise. They did their job and held up great while I had them.

Nothing overly special about this rack. It holds my Ironmasters and its plates just fine. I picked up shelf padding to put a liner down though to keep it from being metal on metal. Ironically though, this is one of the more well packaged items from Titan.
