Flite is awesome! They were bought out by Icarian which was then bought out by Precor. This leverage style, plate loaded leg extension is my favorite leg extension ever! It is very smooth, very comfortable annd easy on my old powerlifter knees, awesome resistance profile and built like a tank. Pairs excellently with the Flite Prone Leg Curl. They are somewhat rare but can still be found popping up for sale sometimes. Usually pretty expensive (ballpark around 2k, maybe a little less or a lot more depending on condition) and well worth it. I love my Hoist HD2400 Combo leg extension/curl but if that was in a house on fire with my Flite Leg extension and Leg Curl I wouldn’t think twice to save my Flites first. If you can get this piece and have room for it get it and enjoy the heck out of it! I love these pieces a lot more than the Strive/Prime plate loaded pieces as well. I know those are popular but these are simpler and just feel much better to me as well as being slightly more resilient as a lot of the Strive plate loaded pieces I’ve used tend to have the issue of one side of the shin/leg pads being slightly off. Not so with these, they are perfect.

These are more ergonomically fitting, smoother, better built and even without 3 horns to do crazy resistance profiles they just feel better in every way. I can’t speak highly enough of this line of equipment.

Great sled, good value. Much better than the magnetic resistance Torque junk. If your neighbors don’t like the noise just tune up your headphones and go faster.

As with all of the VR2 machines this one is great. Neutral and pronated grips for chest supported rows and rear Delt flyes. Dual axis arms so you can pull straight and narrow or wide or get your rear Delt moves in. Pretty compact machine for length and width so it can fit well in a lot of spaces. Belt drive always feels great, maybe not quite as good as chain drive imo but definitely better than cables. I picked up mine for a great price on marketplace and you can find these fairly easily at a good price if you’re looking.

Got the 5-100 set late last year. On sale they were a decent buy. Probably would have gone with the non-ergonomic handles in hindsight and will probably replace them with second-hand Ivanko’s or something a little cooler in the future but these are a good buy if you’re looking for new dumbbells and don’t want to wait. Giant seems to have a never-ending sale of 10% and they bump it up to 15% every now and then.

Decent and simple trap bar. Not a lot to say other than it works as it should.

Well made as always from Abmat. Not a ton of uses other than pressing or fly movements but does let you get an extra stretch. Good for loaded stretches if you like DoggCrapp or other training that incorporates it. Probably my least used Abmat product other than the Preacher Pad.
