Don’t buy this. Even for $600-700 you can find better commercial machines secondhand. This thing is junk, poor build quality, non-existent force curve, you’ll probably never use it after you put it together and the. You’ll have to give it away which is what I did because I couldn’t even justify having another person give me a dollar of their hard earned money to make up for my mistake of buying this.

Decent roller pad, pretty light and easy to move. Couldn’t always find the best rack height in my PR-4000 to get set perfectly for some movements but that may also be because I only had one bench at the time and no other way to adjust height. Pad could have been a little better but I did purchase mine about 5-6 years ago so maybe they’ve improved that. Would definitely get this for a Rep Rack with Ares for the center-top cable attachments for pull downs.

Great spotter arms. I had these for my PR-4000 and liked to use them for heavy benching on the front rack posts. Front foot stabilizers kept everything steady until I got the Ares and Mutant Metals Snapbacks completed the heavy benching set up for training safely with no partner.

Great machine, you can find these for a pretty good deal usually under $800 or better used. Tons of adjustable in the arms for starting position and width, dual axis so you can converge or press straight out, heavy stack.

I love this seated dip. The only change I would make would maybe be adding a fatter grip on the end of the handles and perhaps being able to adjust the incline of the rear seat pad, but this machine is awesome. Well built and very adjustable. The forward angle of the back pad is great for hitting either the chest or tri’s. You can flip the handles in or out for grip width. Picked one up on marketplace for a steal.

This is a great plate loaded lat pulldown. I have the older version and mine has 360 degree swivel handles. I can get any hand position and a great contraction in the lats. Much different feel than cable pulldowns and highly recommend this if you’re looking for a solid leverage style pulldown. If you can get the swivel handle version it’s even better but this one is somewhat more rare.

Buy a real dragging sled. Resistance is not great on these and just wait until you have a flat front tire and have to deal with changing it. Really awful design there for maintenance. Sold it immediately after having to deal with that.

Good quality sandbags, not really much else to say. They held up well while I had them.
