Save your money for a real belt squat. Had this used it once and sold it. IMO there are no rack attachments or good substitutes for a Rhino or Pitshark that mimic a real belt squat so I’m a bit biased. I’d rather just pick a different exercise than try to use one of these things ever again. Annoying to set up as well.

Great for stabilizing the rack or having band attachment points for movements in the front of the rack

They do exactly what they’re supposed to. Had mine for years and they were solid.

Had it for a few weeks for my Ironmasters. Sold both at the same time. It’s a great storage for adjustable dumbbells but too expensive and too large for my taste.also doesn’t roll well on rubber flooring when loaded.

Extremely heavy, found very little use for it, sold it.

Had this on my step Rack before selling the rack. I loved it, lots of hand positions, different thicknesses, and very solid. This is the one I would get for a Rep Rack

Had this piece for a few years until I sold it. Great GHD, adjustable, solid and pretty good value.

Decent J-Cups, no issues with them. They’re really not any different than a standard Jcup.
