Great, solid plate holders. Had them on my PR-4000 before selling it and even used them on my Rogue Belt Squat. Easy to get plates on and off with the capped ends.

I loved these straps when I had my Rep Rack which I recently sold. Great for getting into position for rack pulls, partial presses, etc. I found it much better than the flip down safeties for that and much lighter than flip downs as well.

I had this seat for quite a while with my Rep PR-4000 and Ares rack. The adjustability is great, built quality is awesome. Cons: Very heavy. Not fun to reposition on rack or store. My wife had a lot of difficulty with the weight. Also I found the seating position to not be as comfortable as other seats and getting it adjusted comfortably was a bit of a pain. I also think it’s very expensive. And the removable rollers are cool but I barely ever used that feature and would just use other machines that had rollers for doing split squats and things like that. I also think it would have been better if the seat extended out farther from the rack for doing a lot of movements such as pullovers, chest supported rows, rear Delt raises, etc. I sold it with my rack and will be replacing it with a Rogue CTM-1 and the Rogue seat that goes with that. Will review and compare when it gets here.

Very solid and well built. You won’t find another sissy squat machine that can also do hip thrusts and a number of other exercises with band resistance attachments as well. It dos have a large footprint and is overpriced when purchased new. I bought this new and sold it to make room for other equipment, would recommend not buying new unless you really want this specific machine.

Great machine and well built. Used mine for quite a while before selling it and replacing with other leg curl and leg extensions that fit me better. As a short lifter it can be a little difficult to get in and out of comfortably. I would recommend purchasing used over new as with shipping and total cost you can probably find something with more adjustability for the cost of a new one.

The best bands period. High quality and last. These are my go-to for bands. The Mointain dog pack is great for John Meadow’s programs.

Great piece to replace boards and you don’t need a partner to hold it on your chest like a board.

Expensive when there are similar cheaper versions. One of the few Arsenal pieces I don’t hate.
