This is a solid and compact back extension, I purchased it because I wanted something substantial but it had to fold up for compact storage. (I have limited floor space) Pros: -Adjustable and folds up against the wall. Fits right into a rogue bench hangar wall mount. -Sturdy enough for a 6ft 3in guy and spacing in the pads doesn’t crush your privates. Cons: Foot plate & ankle roller should have been built wider and keeps this from being a 5 star product for me. I don’t know of a better, foldable, back extension.

After a year of consistent use, these plates have proven to be a reliable for Olympic lifting and general strength training. • Condition: They show standard wear and tear but still look good overall. • Durability: Dropped consistently on 1-inch rubber tiles, I have had zero durability issues, the sound and how the plates react when dropped is good. • Color: I was looking for a black bumpers with hubs, there aren’t a ton of options in that color.

I have the hybrid power bar in stainless steel with black sleeves. It has replaced a Cerakote Ohio bar as my primary bar for squat/bench/deadlift/rows. I am really impressed with the tight tolerances Rogue has achieved with this bar; add on the stainless and the knurl, and it feels high-quality. I look forward to lifting with it. I recently used a Chrome big-name power bar at a local gym, and there is no comparison to this bar. It will be difficult to go back to a coated power/hybrid bar. Squats - sticks to your back; Deadlift - IMO the knurling can get aggressive for me when going heavy. The black sleeves are showing wear after 3 months, paint from plates. I like it, but consider that when purchasing. The bar will also wear on the plastic on rollers and j-cups.

I own two sets of the Pro (plastic) version of these adjustable dumbbells and have had a great experience with them. They pair well with the 2.5lb, 5lb, and 10lb change plates I already own. Despite the plastic construction, I find them sturdy when loaded; there's no risk of them unscrewing during movement. I enjoy the handle diameter and plastic knurling, which are much better than I expected and mimic the feel of fixed dumbbells. They feel good. When I use them: -Single arm or movements to avoid the cage of an adjustable -Make up additional pairs of dumbbells for drop sets (I don’t see myself buying fixed dumbbells anytime soon) -Making up additional dumbbells for the kids Things to know: -Slow to change, I wouldn’t want them as a primary or my only pair -Durability, they are plastic, imo, they should be treated like it. Overall, I think they are great value for what they are.
