FBMP find. My main critique is the side walls were made with too thin of metal. So you got to be careful, or it’ll dent and distort. So make sure you get a thick enough bell if you are thinking you’ll be reckless with it.

I love rocks. Doesn't matter the size or shape, bumps or smooth. Everyone should have some atlas stones.

Bought it on sale expecting it to blow out within a year. Had it for 2 years, and its held up great. Was a great price when I got it! The 150lb can be realistically turned into about 165-175 if need be.

Just a cheap pulley. Gets the job done to give me some basic movements, but I wouldnt try loading it up to seriously.
