This is a good solid bar. I wanted a lighter bar for my wife + kids, and wanted something for some olympic lifts. This works great. I do like the feel of by Ohio Power Bar more, but I couldn't really say why--the knurling just feels slightly better. It spins well, and feels solid for cleans / jerks / snatches. It is nice to have two bars to be able to superset (e.g. hip thrusts supersetted with Zercher Squats). The silver really does look good. Do note this is a smaller barbell, so the sleeves are smaller (though I cannot max them).

For me this is a knockout. It's heavy, never slides, and can do everything I need. I'm never worried about it breaking nor slipping on it. The vinyl feel amazing, the padding is perfect, the ability to adjust the headrest angle and get a zero gap is great. I use this for everything, putting it nigh-vertical for shoulder presses, 45 for decline situps, 35 for curls and incline bench press. I sometimes use it for step ups, but vastly prefer the plyo box for the addition space. Now that being said...my wife won't use this. She can't lift it, and only uses our flat bench. Honestly, the nighthawk may be better (I'm really not crazy strong, my bench is like 2.75 plates, and even with doing box squats I'm nowhere near 1000 lbs) given it's lighter weight. I'll be honest, I never use the decline position, but I am glad I have the option. The vertical storage is an absolute must! I am definitely never buying a bench that can't be stored vertically.

I would definitely replace this with the 2.0 if I could. The 1.0 is fine, it works well--locks in nicely. I do wish the second bolt for tightening could be held on it, it's definitely a loss risk. I mainly use it for decline situps, you can do nordic curls with it, but I've never been able to get that to feel conferrable. I honestly don't use it that much, I used to love decline situps but have mostly switched to cable crunches / leg raises.

It's fine. It is mostly plastic, but how much weight does an ab roller need to hold?. It rolls well on my rubber flooring, but I do wish it had a neutral grip (I think I saw one used by CWS on Juggernaut). FWIW I've since learned, I'm not a huge fan of ab rolling compared to most other ab exercises (they stress the triceps a bit more than I'd like for me). Overall, this is very functional ab roller, but nothing special.

These are great! I have the 20/24/30 inch version. I use it for box jumps, step ups, a bunch others, and honestly for a bench. It being soft makes box jumps feel less bad (when you miss), it has a really good grip so I've never felt close to slipping, and it is very stable. I do wish there was some mechanism to assist in carrying it, it's not really heavy, but you basically have to grab around it to carry it. This is a bit annoying, and could be improved with handles (though I have absolutely no idea how you could integrate them). Very happy with this, especially compared to the wooden boxes I've used previously.

I have the 5000 version. These are fine, the locking mechanism is annoying but they fit well. I would like to try the 2.0's to see the improvement, but these leave me wanting. I really wish they would be a full roller (like Rep just introduced with the altitude)--going across the whole rack. I really wanted them for hip thrusts, but I've since learned (thank you gray matter lifting!) that the blackwind decline headrest is a much much better pad for that. I use them for lat pull-downs and split squats. For the latter I want them to wider, I have to be a bit more careful than I'd like about foot positioning. I don't think they're quite at the quality of the other rep products, but they do the job (I really hope Rep gets a full width pad!).

I have used a couple of safety squat bars, but I don't remember the other brands at the gyms. This one is stupendous though. It is extremely well weighted, and stays in place even with no hands. I use it for a lot of the unilateral exercises (e.g. step ups, lunges, split squats, ...), and it feels more akin to a high-bar squat than anything else. If I'm being picky I do wish it was a normal weight (45lb or 65lb), but it's easy enough to round. It is exceptionally conferrable with the padding, and I feel very confident in it's stability even when doing bigger movements.

Absolutely love this. It is very fast to adjust, the trolleys move smoothly (though I'll caution I've never touched the rogue system with trolleys), and can be adjusted one handed. It doesn't take any functionality away from the rack, while allowing a huge number of potential exercises. The cables travel smoothly, though I've had the right one twisting (though it only take a few seconds to untwist). The left cable for me was tight initially, but rep suggested moving the crossmembers up / down slightly and this gave enough slack. The lat pulldown is solid, and the low row is great allowing both floor seated and decline bench to work with it. It is a bit of a build to install, but between the video and the manual, we honestly had no troubles.
