I have the flat roller version of these and they are great. I only do benches and squats with this roller now. The only slight downside is they are relatively wide, so that may pose a problem for a rerack or occasionally bashing your knuckles (depending on which upright you mount them on). Overall a great product that I would purchase again
I got these in the 70lb increment at the height of Covid and added the 90lb weights later. These are excellent for all sorts of training except stuff like snatches. But you can do nearly everything else. I have larger hands at 6'4" and while my knuckles fit fine, I can't wrap a strap around the handle and it is a tight fit for some exercises. Still highly recommended
This is a true commercial machine so the pads, bearings and steel is all top notch. It gets 3 stars for performance because it's only got one safety stop. Meaning at 6'-4" I'm nearly full squatting it on the first rep. The other issue is that the foot plate is in a more vertical position. So the sled is at like 35 degrees but your foot is at something like 70 degrees. Easy to target the quads and get knees over toes but can be difficult to find a great position.
I bought for an absolute steal so it'll do until I have room to upgrade.
