I have gone back and forth on specialty bars. I do like changing things up with a football bar, but it is not that important unless I am benching at least a few times per week. I have owned the Titan Multi Angle bar and prefer the EliteFTS building quality. I bought this used, but it is fairly priced retail.

These are sexy plates. I own 2.5 pound pair and a 1.25 pound pair. While I would like to put together a full set with a few pairs of 45's and the 100's, I am not willing to pay for that.

I bought these shortly after the pandemic shut downs when equipment was scarce. I would like to say that I notice a big difference from the training bumpers, but I do not. They definitely look better and might have slightly less bounce. If you want to pay the extra money, I think they are great.

I own a 15 pound pair of the Hi-Temp branded plates. The rest of my crumb bumpers are Rogue branded Hi-Temp plates. Despite being thicker than the 10 pound plates, I still do not like dropping these any significant distance.

These are the first bumper plates I purchased in 2016 and they have held up incredibly well. I purchased them because I had used them in CrossFit facilities. After trying several other bumpers plates, these do have a lot more bounce than other plates. They are also fairly wide. That is not an issue for me as I am still deadlifting under 405 pounds.

I bought this squat box which has held up great. It is lightweight and stable and perfect for box squats, which I have not done in years. It is now a glorified end table, but the branding is top notch and I don't want to sell it.

I bought a pair of 25 pound chains and was all excited to do conjugate. Unfortunately, I only bench once per week and trying to throw in bands, chains or specialty bars is just a waste of time at that volume. I haven't sold them yet, but they do collect dust.

I was introduced to med balls in CrossFit and my primary movement is still wall ball shots in my garage. I use them for Hyrox training and also for Deka.Fit that has med ball sit-ups. The Dynamax brand is softer leather and more durable than a med ball I have from Rage Fitness and another from Simpson's Fitness Supply.
