I works for lighter exercises but I’m not confident enough with it to use it on heavy lifts.

Doesn’t get used a ton but it works as it should and is good quality

I ended up buying two of these I liked it so much(my wife and I both have one) It’s definitely nice to have the thicker width.

Fun to have and helps keep elbows in but definitely helps you lift more than you can

Not worth buying. They are in the unused gear pile
