Honestly this thing was pretty good. Don't have it anymore as I forgot to remove it from my garage at my old house. Held me at 260 lbs with no issues. Super easy to assemble and mount. I've considered buying another one.

It's not a concept 2 rower that's for sure. It's not terrible but also barely scratches good. You adjust the resistance by removing it adding water which is lame.

Bought this used so the price wasn't bad for me. That said it's not a bad piece to have for accessory work and minimize your footprint. The resistance rods do make the movements interesting as it is not the same resistance throughout. Would never buy one new.

If you have a dirty shaft you'll need this perfectly shaped brush to get it clean.

Bought out of necessity. Yes it can hold some weight but not much. It has wheels though. Better off spending some extra money fit a Titan or looking for a used one from another brand that'll hold twice as much weight.

Have the 40mm grips for my powerblocks. Excellent upgrade. Knurling is great makes the powerblock dumbells feel more solid.
