Classic tricep rope. If you've ever been to a gym, you've used one of these. Docked a point because one of the ends has come off it when doing rows, and I'm not even that strong yet.

Asked a friend to make it back when glutes were a thing. This actually works really well for squats and duck walks. Value 10/5 because it was free. Would help if I could load it with more of the smaller plates, but I suppose that's a limitation with all of these devices. Used occasionally to do pulley things, but was too bulky and the carabiners didn't fit on it well.

Bought these back when I thought microdosing was the secret to strength gains, and not horsecocking. They're good to have around if you have oddly weighted bars so can top up to the nearest 5kg. If I could go back in time, I'd pick a more aesthetically pleasing set.

Two (three) angles pieces of foam giving you a couple of options for your feet. They're sturdy enough, but I wouldn't trust them at really heavy weight (anything over four plates). Can be awkward when you're setting up if you have a weight on your back.

If you've seen one review, you've seen them all. There are some good suppliers in the UK but if you're after single mats, best looking at eBay (in my incorrect opinion).

Drink safety is no accident and these also keep your worktops safe. A no-brainer. Also can be used as a bonus little mat to go under your equipment that you don't have enough stall mat for (see picture).

Docked points for the following reasons. Performance: it's narrow, so you really need to concentrate on keeping your feet on otherwise accidents will happen. Build quality: the tablet holder goes on really low so you'll be walking craning your neck and the drinks holders are exceptionally narrow too. Could've combined the two into one larger one that fits actual sports bottles in there. Value: It was alright for the price.

Looking for an off-brand solution to adjustable dumbbell storage? Look no further! Or do? It's ok at its job, but some more on the market have better storage underneath the dumbbells which is very cool and what I'd probably look for if I was doing it again.
