This is the only premium bench I have ever owned. This bench feels like it will outlast me. The bench is heavy but has wheels and easy for me to move around. It stores vertically, although I rarely store it like that. The pad is firm and comfortable and the vinyl is grippy. A minor complaint is that takes some effort to see what angle you have the seat set at. It's not that hard, you just have to get down there and look at it.

I picked these up on FB market place. I didn't weigh them so I don't know how accurate they are. However, the TPU rubber coating on these plates has held up incredibly well.

I love the feel of these dumbbells. They feel close to fix dumbbells, I don't notice any weight shifting or imbalance while using them. I'm not sure how the coating will hold up on the plates. I am not rough with them and there is already some chipping after a three months of use.

No complaints. The grip keeps my feet from sliding and the curve allows for a great stretch.

With over 400lbs in digital resistance, this gets the job done. The build quality is great. If the software was a good as the hardware this company wouldn't be on the verge of closing. The software works but the app needs refinement. Other than that the only issue with this is it's not possible to do any pull down movements.

This machine is great. I bought this over a rack because I thought it would be safer for me when working out alone and for my children as they become interested in lifting. I can push to or close to failure without any fear of needing to dump the weight. The machine takes up a relatively small amount of space, considering it's versatility. There are few exercises that cannot be performed with the QFT. The vast majority of movements feel really good. The more I use it the more efficient my workouts become. It only takes a week or two to dial in your settings. I can adjust the QFT for my next workout and still have time left in my rest period. The build quality is solid, I believe this machine will outlast me. The owner, Glen, is great. He responds quickly to emails and seems passionate about his machine and resistance training in general.
