Love being able to see the data immediately, my initial reaction was total shock when I completed a 4 rep set thinking I had barely two reps left in the tank. Once reviewing the data I realized that I barely lost any speed over the 4 reps proving there was plenty more strength than I thought. Really looking forward to working with it more and really using it to its full potential.

Awesome bar, love the adjustability and functionality about the piece. Tried it out at the wolfs den. The built in “jacks” were a huge bonus

Decent bench, weight capacity 350#. I mostly use for seated over head movements because of my ceiling height. The gap between the seat pad and back rest is very noticeable. The back rest is quite wobbly and the material is very slippery. It’s a decent bench for what it is but really pricey. I bought from a local fitness shop and paid $700 if memory serves me properly.

I screwed around for way too long on this one. I’m maybe a third rounder and my lack of bulbous massive muscles shows. The gains I could’ve made if I had grabbed this high quality flag, handwritten on heavy card stock certificate and limited edition stickers that you literally can’t get any other way would’ve been through the roof. Love that fact that it puts my gym on the map and tells others to reach out cause I’m always open to visitors and the beer fridge is always stocked Ps: nothing in the CTF package is metal so no where to mount a drink spotter lite.

Great lat pulldown bar, the knurling has a good bite to it , I feel like the bar is a little long but not a complaint! The straight portion of the bar I’ve used for tricep push downs or bicep curls. Great bar does exactly what you’d expect Ps: SHAFT DIAMETER MAKES DRINK SPOTTER MOUNTING A BIT HAIRY. Can be done though

Not much to say here the knurling is sharp, I never use it and it’s great at collecting dust in the corner of my gym. Ps: all metal great options for a drink spotter to mount!

Great barbell picked up used for $200, it’s my “beater bar” now that I have newer nicer barbells. Picked it up with surface rust, hit it with 3-1 and a barbell rescue brush and the bars back to life. My only complaint about this bar is that the knurling isn’t aggressive. It’s never slipped out of my hands or anything like that but it just feels smooth. It’s got sort of a bite some how but it feels completely smooth I don’t understand. Ps: all metal can accept a drink spotter anywhere just be careful of placement for reracks.

It Gets the job done! I bought this rack with no idea companies like rep, bells of steel and titan existed. Purchased this rack before even looking into the home gym space at all. Complete impulse buy from a local “fitness store” I paid $1000 which I completely regret now knowing what’s actually out there. Since purchasing I’ve been able to DIY a lot of attachments to work with this rack like a rogue matador. The rack itself is sturdy I’ve loaded 405 for a squat and was only a 7 of 10 scared for my life. When doing dips or pull ups the whole rack shakes like a dog passing razorblades even though it is bolted at all four corners to the floor. The uprights are 3x3 and the holes are supposed to be 1” except the 1” roller j cups I bought from bells of steel have about an 1/8” of play all the way around it. That being said: the safeties saved me on a squat and a bench and I’m still here to type the review! So I guess that makes it a handy unit, would never buy again now knowing what’s available but probably would never sell either as I would never get my money back. PS: the whole thing in metal so drink spotter lite options are ENDLESS
