The Speas Garage Gym was established in 2021 simply to be able to workout while being close to family and keeping an eye on the kids. After getting a taste for compound lifts and signing up for a local strongman competition, this gym quickly became focused on the sport of strongman. Bargain price basic trap bar, great value beginner item. I honestly got it for my kids to learn on. Is not something you could load very heavy due to the weight capacity and just physical space on the sleeves
