The Speas Garage Gym was established in 2021 simply to be able to workout while being close to family and keeping an eye on the kids. After getting a taste for compound lifts and signing up for a local strongman competition, this gym quickly became focused on the sport of strongman. From atlas stones, sandbags, yoke and farmers handles to log and axle, everything you need to get strong is here!

Solid yoke, 2x3 construction handles anything most of us could ever throw at it. Easy to make height adjustments

I love the pop of color these add to your gym. If I used bumpers more often I would fill out my collection with these fleck plates Jo doubt

No strongman gym would be complete without a pair of farmers handles! No matter if you’re training for a competition or just moving heavy weight from point a to b, fantastic tools to get strong and stay strong.

The kids like them because of the color but I’ll rarely use these. The closing lever is awkwardly hard to snap into place. They are lightweight
