Just started to use bands recently. Purchased these a few months ago and I find myself using them before every workup to warm up. Used them a few times for squats, worked as intended. Plan to try them with benching next. Great purchase.

Came with my Rouge rack, have used them a handful of times with bands recently which is a new concept for me. Seem to work well as intended. Before recent, I've always used these as handles when doing Bulgarian lunges.

Love this attachment. Use it for lat pulldowns, cable rows, and the landmine. Since I purchased this, it's all I use for these movements. I need to get another one for convenience. It's light weight coming in at 8.25lbs, and offers numerous grip positions including narrow, wide and in between which can be further tweaked to ones preference. I prefer this over the rogue parallel grip landmine handle, which I never use anymore since getting this piece. As for the real estate usage issue on the bar sleeve for landmines, I had the same issue with the parallel grip handle. I remedied this by using thin iron plates as opposed to bumper plates.

Heavy duty piece of equipment. Purchased them for my wife who squats outside the rack. I use them for spotters for skull crushers and military presses. We also attach leg rollers to them to use as a lower back hyperextension. Though, as someone else pointed out, they are a pain to constantly move.

The landmine is a must have in the home gym. It's small and a solid piece of equipment. You can do a number of various exercises with it. One of the first pieces of equipment I purchased.

I read the lack luster reviews before getting this bar and gambled by still choosing to get this bar. I was hoping for the best, but expecting the worse. Honestly, this bar hasn't disappointed me. I do agree it's not perfect, it's pricey, scratches too easily, though it's still a highly versatile piece of gym equipment. I like the goblet, front squat, SSB, and camber feel. Not a fan of the hinge mode. Using those pins and the fact that the sleeves get scratched every time it's used is annoying. I've tried the easy and difficult mode, and it felt just that. The padding is great - no complaints. I find the bar to be a useful adjunct to the workouts. The problem is, now I want to get the Duffalo bar - gym math. If you have the disposable income and want to mix up the workouts, get this novelty bar.

Purchased these to change or add to the workouts. I found them to be great. Chose these over the competitors because they are slightly longer and more cost efficient.
