Straps were my first choice for safety. I'm not sure if they truly are safer when compared to the other two options - pins or safety arms. I selected the straps because I assume they'd be more forgiving on the bar if I had to bail out of a movement.

It's a well built, heavy duty, piece of gym equipment. It's a beast to move on and off the rack. One of my first purchases from Rogue years ago. It's great for what it was design to do. Nowadays, there are so many similar products, some I feel would be a better option. Mutant metals has a version, I'd rather purchase over this as it seems to be lighter and gives more handle options.

Wife loves doing kettlebells and got them mainly for her. However, I of recent find myself starting to use them after a workout if I feel I have more in the tank.

These are great. I have two pairs when I first bought my rack. They're heavy, solid, and are still going strong. Fast forward to today, there are so many options of equal great quality.

Great for wall slams. Has a significant bounce making it less ideal for floor slams.

Functional trainers are the best. This is a great piece of equipment that gets used largely in our gym. I always think of Coop from garage gym reviews who owns a free motion functional trainer that's been in the back drop of his videos over the years. Coop's always mentioning how much he loves his functional trainer. I feel the same, these gym machines are so versatile and incredibly convenient. It offers a ton of exercise modalities. This specific machine is sleek, feels smooth, sturdy, and for a functional trainer has a smaller foot print than other competitors. Though, these products aren't small regardless of the brand one chooses. I mentioned convenience, when your ready to work out, just select a weight, pick an angle, and start moving weight. I don't have to do any major set ups to achieve the various angles it offers. I was lucky to find one that would fit in my low ceiling basement. The cons: pricey, size, and it has a 4:1 ratio which is unfortunate. I'd prefer it were a 2:1 or even a 3:1. Still, I'm not maxing out on it, and it doesn't replace compound movements. I got this product before racks developed functional capabilities and way before Voltra came out. If I was able to do it all over again with what's available today, I'd still choose the functional trainer, plus a Voltra(s), skip the lat/row pull down. Great investment in our home gym.

Thought I would use this for various exercises, that never took effect. Wife gets some use out of this piece time to time. It's a piece not ideal in a basement with low ceilings. Honestly, it's a great piece for what it was intended for. It makes for a great chair and drink holder, which is why I've kept mine. I fear it'll be replaced once my drink spotter arrives.

This is a great product, heavy and solid weighing in at approximately 11.5-12lbs. Fat handles comes in at approximately 13.5-14lbs. It's great for what it was designed for. It's plate jack function makes plate exchanges easy. One of the first pieces I bought from Rogue. However, this got replaced by Rogue's CG-1C Multi Grip Camber Cable & Landmine Attachment (~8.5lbs), which offers same function plus more grip options. Now this piece collects dust in my gym.
