The baseball grip is a lot tougher than it looks. The thicker shape makes even lighter weight feel challenging, especially on rows or holds. I’ve been using it with a loading pin and it lights up my forearms fast. If grip strength is something you want to improve, this is a simple but effective tool.

The grenade pineapple grip is a great tool for building grip strength. The rounded shape makes even lighter weights feel challenging and forces your hands to work harder. I use it with a loading pin or cables for holds and pulls. Simple tool that delivers a serious grip workout.

The Darko Tiny Bar is one of those attachments I didn’t think I’d use much, but it’s ended up in my rotation a lot. The shorter width makes curls and pushdowns feel more controlled, especially when I’m trying to keep strict form. It moves really smooth on the cable and just feels solid in hand, even when loading it up. If you like cleaner, more controlled reps instead of swinging weight, this is a great attachment to have.

The Darko D-Nade handles are one of the more versatile cable attachments I’ve used. The open handle design really increases forearm and grip engagement compared to standard handles. The textured finish feels secure without being overly aggressive, and the multiple selector holes allow for different setups depending on the movement. I’ve used them for rows, pulldowns, and even creative landmine work, and they hold up well under heavy loads. Great option if you want something that blends versatility with grip-focused training.

Eclipse grips are a unique attachment that really improves comfort during cable exercises. The ergonomic design reduces wrist strain and allows for a more natural pulling motion. They work especially well for higher-rep sets and longer workouts. Great option if you want something different from standard handles.

The ROGUE CG-1BMG CROSSBOW 20 DEGREE CABLE ATTACHMENT is one of the more versatile cable attachments I’ve used. It allows multiple grip positions and angles, which makes rows and pulldowns feel more natural compared to fixed handles. The design encourages better arm path and reduces strain on the wrists. Great option if you want more variety in your cable training.

Darko Danglers are a simple but effective way to improve cable exercises and range of motion. These are great for rear dents, but if you want to work in grip try using them for hammer curls. They’re especially useful depending on your machine setup. Not flashy, but surprisingly helpful.

The Rorman open D handle is a great upgrade from traditional cable handles. The open design allows more freedom in hand positioning and feels more natural during rows and curls. It’s comfortable and reduces wrist strain compared to fixed handles. High-quality attachment that I use often for single-arm work.
