The only other weightlifting bar I have used is the Eleiko offering. When I first bought this bar, I was a bit underwhelmed. I didn’t like how it felt. But, I was okay with that given the price. However, after a few drops, the spin smoothed out. I like the spin now. The knurling is not as nice as Eleiko’s. I got the cerekote version. I think it looks great. I’m not a huge fan of the grip until I use chalk. With chalk, it feels great. Whip is good. I haven’t used any other value weightlifting bar so I can’t compare this with them. But, I do know I’m not going to save my money for an Eleiko bar. I’m plenty happy with this.

Just a basic set. I bought it for the price, which is good. Nothing spectacular here, just a solid set of bumper plates. Did have a smell to them when bought but that slowly went away.

A great stainless powerbar. Resembles the Rogue Ohio Power Bar. The knurling is in the aggressive range but on the more passive side of the aggressive range. The sleeves are not smooth and have a zip sound when loading. For that, I took a point off “performance.” But, it does help with getting through warmup sets as I don’t have to use collars. So, I’m not sure taking a point off is even fair. I would give this higher points for value if I could. The stainless is awesome for the price.

Was better than expected. Made for women with smaller hands, good for powerlifting and weightlifting. Knurling is passive but meaningful. High quality chrome is well applied. If you’re looking for an all-purpose bar for someone with smaller hands, this would be a fine option.

I have the Manticore version. So tough and rugged that I could drop my loaded curl bar on it and it wouldn’t break. Its negative is that it takes up too much room on the rack post.
