Rock solid, have 3 bars on it pretty much at all times. My only "complaint" is that the mounting holes should be at 16" so it can find framing more naturally. I mounted a board to the wall and mounted this to the board, so it's no big deal.

Quality product from Rogue. I don't think I'm using it as intended as I have my specialty bars loaded in it (multi-grip, trap, marrs), so that said, I can only functionally use this for 3-4 bars. A slightly larger footprint would help, but there again, that might not be good for most. So, all in all, it's a great product, but keep in mind if you plan to load it with your lesser-used/non-standard bars you're definitely not getting 9 holes filled.

Literally don't have to say anything but these are the best, cleanest, smoothest and coolest looking plates ever. I have York milled plates and these, so accuracy is never a question.

I have had the Rogue R-3 rack since 2010-2011 and it has been the staple of the three home gym set ups I have had since then. It's compact, but has plenty of room to squat and bench inside the rack. The Westside hole spacing is perfect and included band pegs give it built-in versatility. I have made no modifications except buying an extra set of j-cups so I can have a bar inside the rack and one outside - the outside one is typically what I'll use for OH press, RDL's, and squat assistance sets. Mine came with the fat bar/normal bar pull up crossbar. Honestly just can't say enough good things about it.

First off, I only marked value as 4 stars simply because I don't know that $650 makes sense for this new, but I found mine on marketplace for $400. Now, I got this to add an alternative low bar option that didn't wreck my shoulders. What I didn't realize was how much this bar would fry my back. I've been using it as assistance for low bar squats (sets of 6-8) and love how secure it is on my shoulders.

I purchased this bar (actually a blemished version for a small discount) in December 2025. Previously, I had used a Strength Co 28.5mm bar and a Rogue 29mm bar. This bar feels amazing and has a perfect amount of bend. The 27mm diameter is perfect for a secure grip (my hands are slightly smaller). I would highly recommend this to anyone who does heavy deadlifts on a regular basis.
