I built this to help with posterior chain issues. It gets the job done. It is definitely not as nice as a manufactured one. The sound it makes while moving is loud/annoying. The value is that it has helped me out, and it was less than $100 to build. This drink holder may be replaced at some point, just not yet.

These bumpers were my very first bumper purchase. They still work but they chipped pretty easily. They are also very loose on a barbell. Can definitely find better options now.

This was the first piece of wall coverage I bought. I felt like this piece really popped off the wall. It really ties the gym together.

Best thing I have ever built. I have even placed my gym logo on the top to make it even more personal. I do all my Olympic lifts and deadlift on it. I also added bumper storage and a place to sit in between sets.

I use these pulleys all the time. I love the unilateral aspect and the fact that I can use the full stack or just half. Only downfall is the cables do twist a lot causing disruption in performance.

This is very limited in design. I have to use a swivel to allow my attachments to not twist while using the connectors. Would prefer an option that doesn’t require a second piece added.

My go-to J-cup. Much beefier than my BOS set. I just wish there was a way to lock the J-cup into place with a mag pin or something.

So it was difficult to get full range of motion doing single arm landmine rows. I've just ended up holding the bar.
