This bolts directly onto your rack. It has two posts to add weights too. It does the job, I wish there was a third option for weight to go on. As it stands I have 2.5,5&10 all on the two horns.
Heavy duty build. It dos the job to hold barbells. I just wish there was something that I don’t have to buy extra that would protect the sleeves once they go in the holders.
The lighter ones work better for what I was wanting. Once they get to about 135 and higher they just never got full enough. I prefer the strongman style better. But these worked in a pinch. I do like cleans and presses with this style bag.
Built these to be able to do jerks as well as Olympic lifts from the blocks. They have held up to the test of time with over 10 years of weights falling in them.
If you want to progressive overload your hub training this is it. Attaches to a loading pin and away you go. This allowed me to train up to the 45lb hub.
I had a buddy build me 3 of these boxes. I have the ones that can be changed from 20 to 24 to 30" in height. I have piled plates on top and made this over 40" to jump on, no problem. I have had kids over 275lbs jumping on these with no problem.
