I like this bar I mostly use the neutral grips and do tons of weighted work on this in my PR 5000

Very rigid beefy and holds the weight. And has the plastic to protect the bar. I like them

This boy can take some loads they are nice and well designed and easy to put on and assemble

This thing is sick very condensed and easy to store I like it and it works well for heavy weight.

They hold it all together rep has nice cross members and mix and match colors.

If you have a weight vest I wouldn’t even mess around and just buy this guy and a sturdy hook to hold it in a stud

I use these in my 511 vest they are the best most comfortable plates I have had and easy to swap I use both the 10s and 20s
