Find the straight profile of these uncomfortable, i used them when i was 130kg and found another curved set that was much nicer. Im a little smaller now so might give them another try

Got myself a thick handle and a load of 5kg plates, not the most comfortable for resting on my shoulder, but made it work

These are great for getting the most out of a single atlas stone. I tried cheaping out and using random styrofoam pieces which was more hassle than its worth. Get the really thing!

Making atlas stones is a great thing to do, i got Slater Moulds and you can get different foam inserts to change the weight of a single mould

Have the 13.75s in my gym vest, its bulky compared to my outdoor vest which has the steel plates, but I find the contour on these much better

I hate using these, they are sharp and I always catch my fingers in them. Only use them on something that they stay on. Saying that, they work and do what their supposed to do
