Got a few of these when they came out, there awkward to get a grip on which is the best bit of it, there lightweight so easy to carry around to get practice in during the day

Love this for Tricep press downs and Grip work, its made well and the powder coat is well done

Ive got the version one, ive used the V2 and its supposed to be easier to lever up, but i can't see any difference, cheap and works perfectly

One of my favourite Rogue pieces, I use it for warming up, loading and lunges. its built like a tank and the handles are great

I have these on a few things on the rack, one of the best uses I find is on the weight plate pins and I use them as dip bars. They are so easy to take on and off, never too stuck, or never get loose

I've used this in a friends gym and loved it, so much so I've done a DIY version in my Rogue Monster reak using a Utility bench and the Rogue spotter straps

I've got a number of them, I find them good but they do scratch up the rack if thats important to you

I got the standard in Red, I sanded and sprayed it Orange, its held up great. If I was to re buy this RM4 I wouldn't bother with this upcharge. It takes away too many holes on the rack
