I use these every session, even touch and go deadlifts 2 sessions a week. I own Monster flip downs, aspotter arms and these and by far these are my go to. My only issue is how slow it is to move up and down, you can only go around 6 jumps each side at a time. In the last 2 weeks I've got the Rep utility bench and it came with 5/8 pop pins which work a treat for replacing the bolts

Its a big piece, but it feels perfect in hand and gives the perfect distance to work as a plate jack, whilst also not banging into your balls at the top of a LM Row
