Gets the job done, have it years and still does what it did on day 1

Cheap and work great, not much difference to my Rogue Tricep strap

Simply diy job, i put wheels on one side now it works as a rollable gym table

This is a great tool for grip training, even with the lightest load you feel it on the forarm

Have this in cerakoat and its held up great over the last 6 years, it uses the ohio bar knurling which is nice on the hands

Have them years but never use them, just looking at them now and the knurling isn't all that bad for the price

Although its for belt squats all i used it for was to connect handles for T bar rows, i since upgraded to the Gympin holey bar

Probably my most used lat pulldown attachment. Ive never used mag grips so cant compare them
