This is a great tool for grip training, even with the lightest load you feel it on the forarm

Have this in cerakoat and its held up great over the last 6 years, it uses the ohio bar knurling which is nice on the hands

Have them years but never use them, just looking at them now and the knurling isn't all that bad for the price

Although its for belt squats all i used it for was to connect handles for T bar rows, i since upgraded to the Gympin holey bar

Probably my most used lat pulldown attachment. Ive never used mag grips so cant compare them

Fun tool to have in the gym, mostly used as a novelty item but performs good

Cheap and made of metal, works perfectly for what it needs to do

Handles are great, the strap does feel weak but it has held up ok and would be an easy replacement if it did go
