I have a few of the “knurled nut” options on the market, and this is the best. The rogue knurled knob is super well made, and incredibly cheap for the material and machining that goes into something like this. I really wish they were on 3 ships free, and I’d have a bunch more.

Good design, easy to use, easy to install, they came with my monster landmine and UDA handles.

Expensive for what it is, but done really well. Makes attachments fit very nice, doesn’t leave any damage even after being fastened for long periods of time.

This comes with the MM UDA and it is not exactly great. The threading is not always easy to grip the handles, and so it ends up on the floor sometimes, which exposes that the finish is quick to come off. Work fine, but it's just not great.

Robust and easy to use. I have three of them between my UDL and my landmine.

Very well machined and feels very quality, rogue going above and beyond

Rogue Fitness Monster Knurled Knob is a quality Knurled Knob to use on my knurled Mutant Metal handles.

Love these, I use these on a number of attachments that are both permanent fixtures on my rack (like weight horns) as well as items I temporarily mount on my rack. It’s nice that they have an affixed acetyl washer so as to protect the finish on your rack. They are expensive. The other option that I use are the Rorman Strength SS knurled nuts.

I love these. Super clean and well made, but very pricey.

One of these came on the landmine attachment I bought from Rogue. It's impressively nice
