Nice to use, find myself using the safety straps most of the time, only really use them for axle pressing outside the rack, they get stored up high and are heavy to move around, especially after training
Got these with the rack, as they allow for more movement than the standard or 2" sandwich versions. They work with all my bars, Only time im not using them is when I use the rollers with a straight bar when benching and squating
Love this sandbag, mostly use it for holds for time, one side is rubber grip textured and the other with the same strong material that's on all sandbags
