Something you gotta go custom on, I took the wife's kitchen bowl and a L bracket and it works perfectly

I have these around 10 years and the rust on them shows that, whilst I don't use them alot they are the gold standard in testing grip strenght

Nice Item to use, the botom of it had a grippy texture, although thats the side I like to use against my arm so would feel better if it was the same material all around. It is similar copy to the abmat preacher pad which at the time of buying wasn't available in Europe.

It does what it says, came frayed, but I didn't complain as I was going to hit it off the floor, also use it going through climbing rings to work as a poor mans endless rope

Simple addition to the gym that holds up great, grippy texture on the back means it doesn't move when its underneath on the floor or a bench

Great plate carrier, I leave it on the treadmill to add a bit of resistance, but its been to wars across the world so I'm nowhere putting it to it's limits. Feels really comfortable, I also have the trainer as it looks less intimidating walking around the area in it

I've came from using a powertec FID Bench and how easier this is to change has made my workouts much better, its absoutly solid and I've ordered the Leg Roller Attachment 2.0 which hopring will add to its usibility. I really like how tidy it packs away inbetween the Repins stand
