Have this since Rogue launched it nearly 6 years ago, its filled with rubber mulch and is great for taking outdoors and throwing, quality is perfect

This was hand made by Gary Kirwan in Ireland, one of few metal fabractors to make strongman equipment in Ireland, multiple records set and an A&E visit to attribute to lifting this

One of my favourite attachments, not my everyday lat pulldown handle, but its a great addition to help with stability. I had a shoulder injury and felt this was a great addition to help with recovery

Nice rope to use, bearings aren't too fancy but its going good 4 years later

Have used many ez curl bars, the pitch to this is great and the coating is good, the knurling isn't too aggressive but the only pulling movement I use it for is upright rows, so its not needed

I don't use this a lit but when I was 130kg it held up perfectly so its well built, handels feel much better than any other i've used
