Rogue’s first-ever Curl Bar is fully machined and assembled in the USA and adapts many of the same properties from our flagship Rogue Ohio Bar—including bronze bushings, a snap ring design, and our trademark Ohio knurl pattern. Many athletes can benefit from this type of specialty camber bar, as the bends in the shaft help limit stress on the wrists and reduce common injury risks. Lifters can also employ a narrow grip with the Rogue Curl Bar for performing tricep extensions and close grip curls.

This is the mother of all curl bars - heavy, solid, perfect knurling, expensive as hell but worth it. Lifetime bar for me.

Lots of people claim this is the GOAT of curl bars, and they might be right, but I really didn't like it and sold mine. While the knurling and bends are killer, I'm just not a fan of a 30 lb curl bar with excessively long sleeves. A 20–25 lb bar is much easier to grab and set up, which is what every mainstay gym uses. The weight makes it a chore to move around, and the sleeves are ridiculously long when the average person is generally only adding 1–2 plates tops. This is a case where overbuilding something just makes it less functional and practical. I would tell Rogue to release a 25 lb version and take some length off the sleeves.

This is the only curl bar I’ve owned, but it’s the only one I’ve had to own because it’s so good. I like the angles on it better than most the commercial gym curl bars I’ve tried

As others have said, the angles on this bar are perfect. Also too, is the 28.5mm diameter (for me). My first curl bar, yes we've all had one, was a 25mm bar. It worked, but just felt wrong in the hand. The only con is that the knurl is just a bit too sharp. If it could have the same knurling as the Rogue Cable Curl Bar, which is all grip and no sharp, this curl bar would be perfect. As I've said in other reviews, Rogue's knurl seems to differ from product to product. Sometimes perfect, sometimes not. This isn't quite there. But still good and I look forward to using this bar. What more is there to life?

Really really love this curl bar. The angles are so perfect. Feels insanely high quality with is usually the case with rogue. Pricey but you get what you pay for.

I hate the ecoat. Bar is fine otherwise. I bought the ecoat so that’s my problem, but man, the ecoat sucks big time.

The angles on this bar, are far superior to any others I’ve tried in gyms over the years. I didn’t know what a quality ez curl bar was until I got a Rogue Ez Curl bar. It’s hard to go back to others when working out away from my home gym.
The price could be hard for people to justify, but if you like Ez Curl bars and you enjoy well designed angles. This will be the one!
All EZ Curl bars are basically rackable as long as you don’t load the sleeves lol.

Something about Rogue's angles just sets it apart. They offer this in a few finishes which is nice, just need a stainless option!

Im not usually a curl bar kind of guy but this is the best made one on the market. Great for tricep extensions too
