I would definitely recommend adding these if you buy these dumbbells - I have the 2.5 pound set & they’re very easy to take on & off. The magnets hold extremely well & I don’t have any concerns of them getting knocked loose while using the dumbbells. They come with a small cradle to store off the front or back of the dumbbells. Allows me to have increments of 5 pounds (2.5 lbs if you just use one of the two micro plates).

These are a solid option for both the ankle & wrist - I use them mostly for lateral raises as well as some glute activation / warmups. Not too expensive and can buy on Amazon.

Typically use these to mount a Voltra & adds extra stability to the rack as well. Picked them up for $50 on FBMP - tough to beat!

This was the first purchase when I decided I wanted to start a home gym after buying our home. I hadn’t done much research & liked the idea of buying an all in one rack with an integrated functional trainer, all while staying around 80-83” due to limited height in the basement. It functions, but it’s very underwhelming. I think this rack can serve its purpose if you’re someone who uses it infrequently, or in a pinch but for most of us that isn’t the case. It’s what feels like flimsy 14-gauge steel, 2x3 with less than desirable hole spacing. You’re basically committing to the MF eco-system which isn’t something I was interested in. I probably had this rack for about 8 months - bought it for $700 and resold it for the same. I’d stay away unless you just really need a “get the job done” rack and don’t intend on lifting very heavy. The one positive is they ship it with every attachment, which although low quality, is helpful when starting out. You’re better off spending your $ elsewhere

Simple but useful attachment - whether you’re doing pushdowns, hammer curls, pullovers or abdominal work.. these are pretty versatile & not too expensive

I would consider this is or some variation of it a necessity paired with the Voltra on a shorter rack (80”). I’m sure there are plenty of equivalent, if not better, options out there. It does the job & gives you a better ROM on pull-downs, push-downs etc. so works as intended.

It’s incredible what the Voltra can do in such a small package. I upgraded to a Rogue rack & with limited height and overall space, this was the best option. It’s certainly expensive but you’re getting your money’s worth. It’s tough to speak to the longevity of it but you do have the ability to replace parts that are likely to wear over time (cable, battery etc.) it feels incredible for every movement you could imagine using a cable system. I haven’t scratched the surface when it comes to some of the capabilities but even just for the basic “weight training” setting, it’s an amazing product.
