Have used these in the past when dealing with joint pain. Found they can be effective to still train the muscle but with a reduced load. That said, probably haven’t touched these in years.

Great option for a well built d-handle with decent knurling. One of the better options for name brand handles - you could likely get away with an alternative but you’re able to get 2 of these for less than a single handle from Rogue. I’d recommend!

These tiles are the ones from over 10 years ago (2015) so I’m sure they’ve improved the quality but I think my knock on these would be how they fit within the platform. They tend to slide around leaving pretty significant gaps in between the tiles which can be problematic when deadlifting heavy.

This was the first bar I started lifting with - the Burgener & Rippetoe combo blends weightlifting and powerlifting giving a pretty passive knurling but I found it to be grippy enough. I don’t think it’s outstanding in any way but for whatever reason I find myself coming back to this bar as an everyday option as I don’t think I’m failing lifts as a result of knurling. My opinion means nothing being that this is discontinued - but if you come across a used one in good condition, I would buy it.

Built so well - used primarily for lat pulldowns off the rack and occasionally for chest supported rows. It’s the build quality you’d expect from REP & I would definitely recommend this if you’re looking to upgrade from just using a bench next to the rack. You can detach the leg rollers and has plenty of adjustability with the pop pins.

Had this for a few months when starting to build the home gym - the stand is surprisingly light, but fairly sturdy. That said, it did have a slight wobble & I prefer a design that lets you step into / in between the dumbbells. Gives you storage space for the adder weights that secure within the handles.

Grabbed this used on FBMP in excellent condition. It was built incredibly well and was extremely stable. I don’t love the lever based leg extension / curl combos, but it was a good option starting out. There is plenty of adjustability on the lever arm with the full sun dial. I enjoyed the seated leg curl on this & had the extension been comparable, probably wouldn’t have replaced it in less than a year. The resistance curve on each movement leaves much to be desired but I didn’t really find I could get the extension to feel right at all. There are some DIY options to get the lever arm to start a bit further forward which helped… but still not the best. FWIW I found the padding to be great on this machine, but I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it.
