Was pleasantly surprised at the overall size & stability of this when I picked it up secondhand on FBMP. For whatever reason it seems much smaller in photos online. I use this as a warmup as well as an accessory exercise to my powerlifting programming. I’ve found one of the few things I struggle to do well with my home gym is warm up as I would have in a commercial gym setting. This helps check that box in a pretty compact package. It may jump around slightly on you which can be managed by putting something on the front feet but I haven’t found it to be a real issue. It’s not necessarily light, but the ability to fold it and move it out of the way to not take up any additional space in the gym is a massive win & the main reason I probably wouldn’t consider moving on from this piece. These tend to pop up on FBMP a lot & sometimes at a really good price-point. I got this one in borderline brand new condition although “used.”

These are pretty simple but they function well - occasionally it’s a little bit difficult to get some of the hooks in the panels but they work well more often than not. There’s also so many variations that you can buy whatever fits your specific needs.

I attempted to just use alternative means to store accessories like small hooks throughout the gym but finally caved and decided to buy wall control. It’s fairly costly when you factor in the panels, hooks + other odds & ends but it’s really worth the investment. It takes up virtually no space as it’s wall mounted and allows for you to scale easily as you acquire more attachments. I’d highly recommend & you’re probably better off just starting here vs contemplating for months like I did.

These are great collars and I’ve had them essentially since they were first released. My go-to collars are the Keppi but I’ll still use these if I’m lifting with my wife or friends & need a second set.

Love the 8-bit design & takes up a good amount of wall space in the gym

added to a Rogue order for a 3 ships free at one point but has held up well. Pretty large roller which is good for mobility but I’ve also used it to adjust my back angle on the ForceUSA hack squat / leg press combo which I’ve found to be really effective in reducing the amount of knee/back pain I would feel particularly on the hack squat

these became a primary mobility and stretching band rather than a “floss” band for me. I’ve had these for almost 10 years & I think at the time they were popularized by becoming a supple leopard / Kelly Starrett. useful for stretching although not the intention

Use this pretty frequently to warm up before squatting - can be used for auxiliary exercises. I’d recommend this but you can likely find cheaper alternatives.
