No complaints. I use this occasionally for cable curls and overhead tricep extensions. I believe I needed to oil the center piece to stop it from squeaking. C'est la vie at this price.

It's a pretty standard v grip for things like tricep pushdowns. It makes me understand why people pay more for nicer versions, but it serves its purpose. I have an older all black version that seems to be discontinued. The rubber handles don't line up perfectly from one side to the other

Cheap single hand rope attachment as advertised. Can't complain too much at the price

I use this from time to time when my left ankle gets cranky. Serves its purpose at a cheap price. Nice that they include a collar

These are far too light to get any actual strength results, but I do like these for warming up before grip sessions or just fiddling around while on a conference call. They've held up surprisingly well for a cheap set

Knurling is pretty passive, and there tends to be quite a bit of variation in the difficulty (not every #2 behaves the same). They're definitely a step up from amazon cheapos, but in this price range I'd get standard grippers from cannon powerworks 10 times out of 10

Growing up in Pennsylvania, a lot of commercial gyms had these dumbbells. I trained with these for about 2 years at the Hershey company (basement) gym in the early 2010s. The thin handles with no knurling make these far from my favorite dumbbell to use as a dumbbell. I've come to call these conjoined blobs.
