Used at a gym for a few years. Did the job well, however, only issue I had was the center knurling was off so getting in a good position was a little difficult plus that would then lead to the bar being a little bit more unstable. All in all, good bar.

These were the first pair of farmer handles I have ever bought and honestly as far as cheap farmer handles go these get the job done. I have done farmer walks with over 350 lbs per side and they hold up just fine. They have fat handles and are a lot lower to the ground than farmer handles I have used in comps but that just made the competitions that much easier, so I do appreciate them for that. But they are still front-loaded farmer handles so there is that, plus my loading tubes were slightly warped when I got them so getting plates on them has been becoming a real pain in the ass.

I was nervous buying this as there are hardly any reviews on it anywhere. However, as far as a garage gym pulley system goes, I am ecstatic with this purchase. Fits right on my rack, moves so smoothly up and down the rack. Plus, with a 260 lb weight limit, this thing is durable and can handle some serious weight. Plus, I feel as if this is the closest I have personally got to a true 1:1 weight ratio on a pully. I purchased the upper and lower pully system, and I am glad I did, the possibilities are truly endless. It does get in the way on occasion when I am doing stuff in the rack, but it takes 2 seconds to move it so it out of range of hitting anything and it works. I did not buy the food pads for it and you can get away with just using the bench or putting your feet on the rack, works just fine. Cannot recommend this enough, especially if you have limited space.

Love this axle! Has been the best axle that I have ever used! Love that it has the rings in the axle already, just wish they were more defined when feeling the barbell. Love that this axle is heavy duty at 55 lbs empty. Unlike the titan/rogue axles I have previously used, I am not worried about the integrity of this axle.
