Used at a gym for a few years. Did the job well, however, only issue I had was the center knurling was off so getting in a good position was a little difficult plus that would then lead to the bar being a little bit more unstable. All in all, good bar.

I can understand why people don’t like this bar. Yes, the knurling is too passive. Yes, the curve is a little weird, and the bar can flip on you if you are not careful when loading the weights initially. Yes, there are far better options out there if you have the money to spend. But I was able to get this bar for about $250 new. This was at a time when I was having trouble squatting with a regular barbell because of shoulder issues and I was concerned I would not be able to continue squatting. I have been squatting with this bar for the past few years and have been able to squat over 400 lbs without issue. I do find it a little awkward for pressing movements, but I think it works well for squats. For loading, I have a couple of 15 lb bumper plates that I put on first before loading the 45s. So long as I do that, I have not had issues with the bar flipping. Down the line, I may try to get a better curved squat bar. But if you can get this for a good price and are aware of the shortcomings, I think it would still be worth considering.

They got the curve wrong on this bar. The majority of the "bend" is in the middle of the bar, and not even throughout, which is what makes it awkward. Because of that it would not be comfortable for any kind of pressing movements

Alright. V1 of this bar was an absolute turd. It flips in the rack, it slides, the knurling sucks, and it’s an overall a death trap. The V2 version is a significant improvement but the knurling still sucks, and the bar loves to kick one direction or the other when unloading that last plate or two so watch out! Overall it’s a good bar to try and decide if you’ll use - and when you decide you will, upgrade immediately! Finish also kind of sucked and would be a blemish bar for any other brand - but with Titan ya get what ya get!

It isn't the best buffalo bar. Knurling is horrible which is kinda important for these bars. The collars do not rotate well and they're very sticky making it worse. If you need a cheap buffalo bar I'd look elsewhere.

Why anyone would make a squat bar with passive knurling is beyond me. It’s in our gym because it was the cheapest option. Everything about it is a little off, the ring markings don’t line up with any other bar. I just put my hands where the knurling starts and call it close enough for pressing. It’s doesn’t seem as unbalanced as others say, but I’m waiting for a Kabuki to pop up on marketplace or to pull the trigger on a CB4 and offload this bar.

I actually really like this bar. If it had better knurling, I would use it a lot more. It’s a decent bar for benching, but I primarily use it for squats to ease tension on the front of my shoulder.

Not a well made Buffalo bar. Lots of better options out there. This just didn’t feel good on my back and couldn’t compare to the Duffalo, fringe longhorn or even the tds.

I've used this bar once but it wasn't great. The curve seemed a little off centered and the sleeves were slanted down. The price isn't bad but I've heard better things about the longhorn bar which is also a decent price.
