It’s a decent bench for the price I really like mine it definitely gets the job done

This was the first bench I had from Rep. There were two issues with it. First, it did not have a cage around the ladder, so you couldn't store it upright. The second, and bigger issue, was that it had no rubber feet on it. So when I was using the ole leg drahv on my bench, I'd slide up on my platform in my cage. That sucked. Sold it and now very happy with the 5200 2.0.

REP Fitness AB-3000 FID Adjustable Weight Bench 1.0 is a good bench. I would say that this is a great bench since this one of the first benches that Rep Fitness came out with. Back then this was an amazing bench for the price and at the time that it came out.

My first quality bench. The build is very solid. Bench padding is comfortable. I love the built in foot pads, surprised that there are not more benches offering this feature. My only complaint, and it’s minor, is I did not care for the metal on metal contact when adjusting bench height. I recently upgraded to the 2.0 version.

I wanted an affordable bench that would decline, and this bench has delivered that with a great price tag.

This was my first real bench, and I had made the decision to get as much functionality as possible. It ended up being that I didn't want the leg roller or decline function, and was limited by not being able to store the bench upright in my small space. The bench is also a little higher than standard, and when flat you could feel the top of the bench flex a bit under heavy weight.

If you’re looking for a budget bench you can’t go wrong with this option. Very sturdy with all the adjustments you will need and quality components. Leg rollers will get in the way and transport handle is awkwardly placed.

You can pretty much only get this used since they came out with an updated version that has better adjustment angles. Performance I rated low for this 1.0 version because of the angles which goes -12°, 0°(flat), 20°, 35°, 50°, 65°, 85°... Which, like, why didn't you make it just 45° you know? But it's a tank of an adjustable bench, at no point am I worried that it will fail when I load the bar super heavy. Value depends on how much you pay for this, but it has decline option which is always nice. I made mine stand upright when stored by using a random strap with a buckle.
