AM-2 Adjustable Monolift 2.0 - Monster

AM-2 Adjustable Monolift 2.0 - Monster

Compatible with any Monster Series power rack or rig,* the AM-2 Rogue Adjustable Monolift gives athletes a way to comfortably unrack and rerack heavy weight without having to worry about walking the bar out during squats or avoiding J-cups while benching. With Version 2.0, we’ve upgraded the strength of the attachment and re-engineered the center of mass around the handle, removing unnecessary weight and enabling easier, one-hand adjustments. A new stainless steel key can also lock the Monolift’s jaws in place, further simplifying adjustments and allowing the hooks to be utilized as traditional J-cups.

I got these for squatting and ended up using them for benching which I really enjoy. They are a pain to setup and heavy but work like a charm when in place. Too lazy to set them up sometimes. I suspect they also work well for squats.

I got these to use for benching, so i can't speak to how they are for squats. These are the first monolift attachments that I've owned, so there was a bit of a learning curve. But once I figured out where to position myself on the bench i have really enjoyed using these and I do feel like they have saved my shoulders from some wear and tear. The cons are the price (although i got mine used for much cheaper), and the space they take up along with being annoying to move around. I actually set up a separate rack for benching so that I could leave them in place- taking them on and off would get really old. I also wish they had rollers. Definitely not a must have attachment but for me and my setup i really like them. They also seem to pop up on Marketplace regularly so there's a good chance at getting them at a discount- probably not worth full price considering what else you could get for that amount of money.

Performance: feels weird to use for squatting to be honest, but for benching heavy by myself these things have been a godsend Value: pretty expensive for an item that's great, but you dont like actually "need" it build quality: they mount easy, and they feel real sturdy

The Rogue Monolifts are a very useful piece in my gym. They get used for bench and squat. They are definitely heavy duty and strong. I do wish they a little lighter in weight and a little cheaper in price. It would also be nice if you could adjust the centering of the bar easier while its on them and loaded, but its not the worst. Overall very happy with them.

I wish these had rollers on them. However, this is such a great product for when you are training alone. Highly recommend getting this monolift but other options also very nice, such as the Mutant Metals or Griffins.

Good if you don't have a mono but not an exact replacement We have members complain about the ROM on these being to short and reracking them if you are not use to them can be difficult

Another example of "man these aren't quite the same as the piece of equipment they're trying to replace, but man they're close enough for most folks". The swing they have coupled with the fact that you do have to reach up and forward to re-rack I don't love, but still allows for great practice of mono picks. I think they're very underrated for bench self-handoffs as well, and really like that you can easily pin them to convert to a regular j-hook. Build quality is typical Rogue; probably overbuilt if anything, but your grandkids' grandkids will also get to enjoy them. We still use our real mono the vast majority of the time, but if I don't have anyone to run the rack or need a second mono, these perform great.

I absolutely love these Rogue V2 Monolifts I use them primarily for Bench Press inside my Monster rack and they allow me to unrack and immediately start my pressing. Saves my shoulders and allows more spacing away from my plate storage. Built to high standards I highly recommend these. Can also lock out and use like a standard J-cup. Excellent barbell protection with the UHMW protection.

We got them to use for pressing. They've been great for unracking a bar and having shoulder issues. We haven't used them for squats, walkouts are still preferred. The only issue is getting used to racking the bar, there isn't much there to hang the bar on when they're retracted. You get used to it, but it's not as easy as throwing the bar against jcups.

They're a good option when you don't have a monolift. Using them on squats can have a little bit of a learning curve if you aren't used to them. The only thing I don't like is that the arms don't necessarily lock into place before an unrack. So if you're trying to wedge yourself under the bar to set up, the bar will rock back and forth
