Like everything I’ve seen from Eleiko it’s incredibly well made, but expensive. Really easy to store and load because of the rubber feet. The only con is that the knurling is pretty passive for a bar built for deadlifts. At some point I’ll probably just replace the handles, but for the price I’d have liked the option to choose the knurling.

I have the V1, single set of handles, no high, low. Color, build are good, sleek design. If I didn't buy for cheap on FB marketplace, I would say its not worth the initial asking price.

It's Eleiko so it's a well made bar but it's also an expensive bar. The dual handles are nice to have sometimes, but the knurling is just too smooth for most people to be able to load it heavy without using straps. I used it in a busy commercial gym and never noticed any signs of wear so I'm sure it'll last forever, but you can find an open trap bar that works just as well if not better for half the price.

A great trap bar with some limitations…the first being the stock handle knurling is incredibly passive. I upgraded to bare steel almost immediately. I own the V1 of this bar as well, which has just a single handle option, while V2 has a high and low handle. The bar itself looks good, nice sleeves that are somewhat low profile and quieter than most. I like the “space gray” color. It weighs 55lbs which is also nice being that it’s not overly heavy or some weird odd number. The price tag is ridiculous, however, and when you upgrade the handles it gets even worse. If I could choose again I would probably get the Prime even though it’s not perfect either.

I've only heavily trained with the Rogue TB1 trap bar before this one, but for comparison, this bar is a huge improvement. Feels a little easier to navigate in small spaces. Definitely easier to store. The knurl on the Oppen bar is pretty passive for a DL bar, so I've replaced the handles with JD Gym Equipped. There are a ton of open trap bars that are similar enough to this and more affordable, so couldn't recommend it.
