Overall this GHD is just giant. Its huge, way too big for a home gym vs other GHDs out there. It works well as a GHD but there's no reason for the it size. its also a little clunky to adjust. I just couldn't recommend someone buy this other than a commercial gym.

Needed the extra room and did not want a cluttered gym so unfortunately I sold this but man this thing was a tank

Used these in a few gyms before I really liked how the whole machine feels on top of the padding being top notch. But for the price I’d rather buy one used off Marketplace than brand new

Definitely a good GHR, but the abrams 2.0 is far superior. On this one the rear foot plate can wobble around a bit if you don't really crank down on the tightening screw

Great GHD! Plenty of adjustments high quality padding and overbuilt construction- will last a lifetime! Larger footprint so can be harder to justify if you are tight on space. Great way to train the hamstrings and can do ab work as well

Bought mine used but it is a tank and is everything you need in a GHD. Put it where it will live forever because moving it sucks.

I would recommend finding this on marketplace rather than buying new but it is a great piece and has been durable throughout the years.
