H-PND Reverse Hyper

I've had a few of these from titan my current one is disassembled in my backyard waiting to be powdered coated but don't get much use other than a table top

It’s a heavy duty, reasonably priced reverse hyper A reverse hyper is either something you have to have or is used mostly as a table It’s something I have to have to warmup for deadlifts and squats; this one is just as good as the rogue one, except cheaper!

The most expensive table you will ever own. Is it made by someone other than Louie Simmons? Yes. Will the ghost of Louie Simmons haunt your dreams for as long as you own this? Also, yes. I have not gotten a solid night of sleep ever since I have owned this due to the ghost of Louie Simmons keeping me up all night, but my back is a hell of a lot stronger now!

Yes, sometimes, this serves as a great stand up desk when I'm working from home but it's one of my most used pieces of equipment. I credit this piece for helping me recover faster from a spinal fusion and use this Hyper as a primer and a finisher depending on the day. This is a very solid piece and once it's put together, where ever it ends up will be it's permanent place since moving it takes a village. For you office workers, if you have the means to purchase this, I highly recommend you do since we're all aware of the various issues of sitting at a desk for a third of your day plus commuting to and from the office. In my honest opinion, whether you use time or reps while performing the reverse hyper movement, it's like a reset button when you're body has been glued to an office chair. Also, if you purchase this particular piece, throw out the strap that comes with it and get the Spud Inc strap instead since Titan's included strap sucks. The carry over to your main movements is very noticeable. Charles Poliquin said "low back strength radiates" to improve other lifts and I've found this out to be very true. 10/10 would purchase again but this thing is so solid that it will outlast me and plus, I'm pretty broke.

Some will say it’s a cheap knock off. They are right. Some will say it’s built of inferior materials. They are right. But it’s tough to deny the overall impact of the V1. It’s still built like a tank, great for heavy hypers, and was a great 10 ft piece - meaning at 10 ft people didn’t really know it was Titan. It held everyone’s crap like a champ when not in use. All the mothers in my gym absolutely hated the pad, as they all said it hit wrong. We purged this and our GHD to clear space for a Rogue Donkey. I actually hated seeing this piece go. This thing is massive. Was fairly cheap when first released vs other options, but lower quality materials on pad, bearings, and welds. Makes a great table.

This thing is a unit, got it because a couple guys that lift at our gym have back issues. It gets used at least twice a week, and has been left outside for 5ish years without any issues. Depending on space, it’s the best RH available. It also makes for a really nice table when not in use.

Great price, good quality. If you’re actually going to use your reverse hyper for reverse hypers this is a solid one to get. Pads could be a little more comfortable but this gets the job done just as well as the more expensive offerings from other companies. Pick one up even cheaper second hand, lots of folks out there selling their “gym storage table”. 🤣

It's not Rogue but it's never gonna break. Got this unit to replace my Rogue Westside Scout. I can load it heavier and it doesn't budge when your using it...very solid unit but it's not without minor cosmetic issues (typical Titan stuff )
