Equip your home gym with a set of hex dumbbells, named for their classic hexagon head design that prevents rolling and makes them easy to store. REP’s hex dumbbells are made from premium rubber that’s ultra-low odor, virtually scent-free. The rubber coating minimizes noise and limits wear and tear to both the dumbbells and the floor. The dumbbells feature straight, chrome, fully knurled handles for maximum grip. The heads of the dumbbells are securely attached via friction welding. The dumbbells are available in five different weight sets: 5-50lbs, 5-75lbs, 5-100lbs, 55-75lbs, and 80-100lbs. This allows you to outfit your home gym for one affordable purchase. The sets come in 5lb increments, so there’s a wide range of options to minimize getting stuck between two weight sizes. You can also order additional, individual pairs. Weight below 30lbs is available in 2.5lb increments, and individual pairs 35-125lbs are made with 5lb jumps.

I really like how these feel. Nicer than my generic cap ones. However they are one of the only pieces of gym equip that Ive seen rust. Entire set has rust spots on nearly every single one. This is my buddy's garage and none of his other gear is rusting like this so we can't figure out the issue.

These are my daily-driver dumbbells, and I strongly prefer them over adjustable dumbbells for regular training. The straight handle, good knurling, and handle size that increases with the weight all make them feel much better in hand than most rubber hex dumbbells with ergonomic handles. As long as you have the room, I would go with a real set like this. I love vintage iron, but for actual day-to-day use, these get used instead of my vintage York roundheads.

I have owned a variety of dumbbells over the years and my daily drivers are a mix of Iron Grip, Rep Fitness, Pro Style and generic hex heads with ergonomic handles. I really like the straight handles on the Rep Fitness dumbbells. I also like that I can drop them and they will not roll away. These are actually a great weight for me to do devil's presses with.

These are the only rubber hex dumbbells you should buy. Or at least, the only handle style. All the other ones with the ergo handles are second rate compared to these. Great knurling and the feel of the straight bar in your hands is a sure fire bet, brochacho.

Rep at least made these better than average by fixing the grip on them and giving them good knurling. But the main problem with these still exists where they get far too large as you go up in weight

I was fortunate enough to get a set handed down to me. The quality is what you would see in most commercial gyms. The knurling is nice and the handles are straight, not that goofy taper style you see at your local YMCA.

Great. I have 10 pairs from 2.5 to 40lb. I wish the handle diameter didn’t vary between the smaller and larger dumbbells. I got a set starting at a lighter weight with shoulder rehab in mind. I wanted the cheapest option with a straight, knurled handle and these were it.
